@mitchellh Flexibility of the language resulted in everyone and their dog creating packages that looks like parts of a jigsaw puzzle - ridiculously small value for each piece, barely understood until the puzzle is completed using 10,000 other packages. Only if someone had created a stdlib!

@kelseyhightower I don’t think the “endorsement” is what he is looking for. If it appears all legacy folks don’t convert, the value of the paid account falls. Then the tick mark becomes an easily recognizable indicator of paid blues. That is what he is trying to avoid
