Associate Professor of Physiotherapy Buckinghamshire New University, Physical Activity and Inclusion Researcher, and a proud mum to two wonderful kids 🥰
Chuffed to bits to see Tobi’s results in the latest issue of Bucks Herald - best GCSE in Aylesbury Grammar School makes me an incredibly proud mum as always😊@AGSheadmaster@bucks_herald
@PiersUncensored@KemiBadenoch@piersmorgan Brilliant interview! Although I don’t understand the part about cultural Christianity (it's the first I’ve heard of the phrase), overall, I like Kemi's eloquence, directness, and the depth of her answers. Refreshing!
🌟 Congratulations Dr Yetunde Dairo for being awarded a CSP commendation! 🌟
Dr Yetunde Dairo, an Associate Professor of Physiotherapy at Buckinghamshire New University, created a simulation-based experience for students as their first practical placement.
@renoomokri@renoomokri, an excellent point about courses that give graduates skills and experience, to create/make things - that’s the future. However, I couldn’t agree with those listed obsolete courses- they have their places, but may need an overhaul to be relevant.
@KemiBadenoch@RobertJenrick Congratulations 🙌🏾 @kemi, what a fantastic achievement! Well done 👏🏾 As a black woman, I know first hand how hard it is for us to get ahead - we fight harder than almost anyone to get anything (when we get it). So this is close to home!
@NursesEquality I just stumbled on this. How distressing if actions are taken based on allegations without an objective and thorough investigation. This is probably more widespread than it’s reported 🥲
Let's talk about practice education! Speakers @yetdairo @johnishappier and Prof Meriel Norris will be there to share the resource followed by discussion and Q&A on this important topic. Sign up 👇👇 https://t.co/SDaoFLlRqG
@damien_page Interesting discussion thread here especially as BNU’s institute of health and social care is led and staffed by nurses bar the admin staff (they lead quality, placement, simulation …). Why then can’t a non-nurse/midwife lead the school of nursing and Midwifery?
@abiola01_B Hi Abiola, thanks for reaching out to me. Ten years in itself doesn’t sound too long. Why don’t you DM me your CV? Nothing fancy, just basic headlines showing your qualifications and experience. I look forward to hearing from you.
