@infamousxzy @qatarairways We were supposed to fly out from Saigon to Helsinki last March 1st. We do understand they had to cancel our flight but deleting our cancelled flight is on the app and not hearing a single word from @qatarairways is kinda fishy.

@Fahadnaimb @qatarairways deleted our booking on the qatar app. We spoke to Qatar Airways agent over the phone she said she can’t retrieve our flight information. She told us to book a new flight instead. Booking a new flight isn’t our option…we need to get a refund first!

The temporary closure of Qatari airspace remains in effect due to the current situation in the region.

Passengers are reminded not to proceed to the airport at this time and to contact their respective airlines directly.

Any operating flights are due to the opening of a limited corridor for passenger repatriation, temporarily granted and authorised by Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, and the relevant authorities. Scheduled flights will resume once the relevant authority confirms the safe reopening of Qatari airspace.
