@agbalux@infernoman64 Those look good as cards, the problem for me is the source material used has a blank background that feels empty and makes the art feel like its positioned wrong or missing something. Not a comic fan, I like the art enough I just don't like it's execution as a card
@infernoman64 Comic fans would prob be upset or dissapointed but I think having artists reimagine art that doesn't present well as cards might have been good. Mostly it's the empty space on these cards, if they had a background it wouldn't feel as lazy or off centered
@Allbelle_tp Hakbal would be very easy to upgrade, I had a friend who played it with a couple changes and it played really well in b2/3. I don't know the stock list but I'm pretty sure you could just throw in some decent merfolk and interaction, maybe some +1 counter support and be good
@PopCultureRefer@UsagiKaede1 I remember someone at my lgs saying the original rule, cards used in the subgame didn't go back to the main game so conceding to keep cards in the main game was better and original mulligan was all or no land hands so you couldn't mull to 0, you lost 7 cards per sharazhad
@AttackOnCards Don't play riftbound but that makes sense to me, I read it as the mtg equivalent of sources you control deal damage to creatures you don't control as thought it had deathtouch. Basically pestilent spirit and fire magic but my stuff is safe
@NerveanaVT I have it in one deck, it was the card that finally got me to build emry and the deck is partially built around looping it. If it was cheaper I would play it more and afaik no one in my group had one so I never saw it but again if it was cheaper I feel like I would see it more
@SaffronOlive 0, I know there's going to be cards I need/want and those cards are prob going to be exciting but I have very little interest in marvel as an ip and I feel like I'm 2-3+ sets behind and still exploring/learning old sets, I don't want to deal with another set right now
@lordrofosai@TheTrinketMage Bogbrew witch, baubling cauldron and festering Newt which if you can recur the Newt could be a fun mini game in an Aristocrat deck
@Sr_Dralnu@wizards_magicES Jorn can be a stax deck with winter orb or ramp since he can effectively double mana, little snow investment
Isu ends up being a landfall deck using too many snow basics or bad snow lands/cards.
Isu is probably a fun deck but feels too gimmicky, I would prob go with jorn
@UsagiKaede1 I'm kinda interested in the witch Enchanter would definitley buy it if it was other bosieju. At least og bosieju means I might be able to get it for the enchanters
@Buddy_Beas@SaffronOlive I never got around to actually building it but playtesting it was always funny, tap my 4097 sanctum weavers for 4097+ mana each....
