@airserbia I just raw dogged your 13 hour flight JU989 in business. How you may ask? Well… My seat had no audio. I had to watch a Wonka with Serbian subtitles. The map to see where we were flying was also not functioning. Then to top it all off , my seat was stuck and wouldn’t..

go flat. The seat next to me , the same. Catering out of Guangzhou should be illegal. Disappointed, and tops the worst business experience. The only thing that was positive were the flight attendants. Courteous, kind and always willing to help.
