@virginmedia still not able to log in to my virgin media account online (not email) after several days, still not resolved despite numerous calls and live chats. Can you please help?

@virginmedia Message below, so I reset password - email says successful, however when I try to log in it still wont work and the same message as image one attached appears. No one on phone today (4 calls) seems to be listening, it really should not be this difficult to sort out.

@virginmedia I’d done that before calling, reset it but it is still saying it is incorrect although email confirmation says it has been changed successfully. Which is why I’m trying to speak to someone to resolve.

@tes @Henry_Hepburn The article mentions grade boundaries going down this year, but fails to say for some subjects they went up, which has also affected some students negatively this year depending on their options. E.g. 62% needed for an A at N5 in biology, but 74% required in Geography. 1/2
