A critical exploit on Lido is going to have cascading and catastrophic effects on the entire DeFi ecosystem. More and more protocols are integrating with Lido, via direct staking or restaking.

According to DefiLlama, Lido has made $8.96 million on revenue collected in just the last 30 days. I think they have no issues assuring a higher bounty.

Their influence is even directly on L2 chains now, with the recent @Blast_L2 launch. Blast is fully integrated with Lido and will receive the full brunt of a potential exploit.

Lido is currently by far the largest protocol based on TVL with more than 38B at stake.

But yet, the maximum bounty reward for the most critical bug is capped at just 2M. This is less than 0.0053%.

Absolutely mind boggling no one in the community seems to care.
