Thrilled to announce our paper, "De novo-designed pMHC binders facilitate T cell-mediated cytotoxicity toward cancer cells," is officially out in @ScienceMagazine!
We used generative AI to build a 'GPS' for immune cells to hunt cancer.

Accelerated preview of Mutograph paper on colorectal cancer published in @Nature today. Results suggest that increase in early onset colorectal cancer may be linked to childhood exposure to some types of E.Coli bacteria that produce genotoxin colibactin. https://t.co/M4NlLgbJ2m
I've recently discovered a really useful R package by Jan Broder Engler called tidyheatmaps. It's designed to make creating heatmaps from tidy data easy, especially for publication-quality visuals. The package uses pheatmap for detailed heatmaps with less coding.
If you work with data like gene expression, you can get a heatmap set up quickly. The usage is straightforward, allowing for quick customization of your heatmaps.

Give it a try for your next data visualization task. It could be a game changer for presenting your data.

The largest study of impact of dietary restriction (DR) in ~1,000 mice with diverse genetic background for health and lifespan
https://t.co/aNXhNxnc5A
—40% caloric restriction had the most lifespan expansion effect but suppressed immune response and loss of lean muscle mass
—a divergence of health and longevity effects of DR
—"genetic background proved to be the more important factor in determining lifespan."
A Ludwig @UniofOxford study punctures a longstanding assumption about the source of the genome's most common type of mutation. Its findings have implications for our understanding of not only cancer biology but also carcinogenic risk & drug resistance. https://t.co/dOJCmF59un

A beautiful story by @FaltasLab on mutational processes in urothelial cancers. Elegant demonstration of fitness benefit of CCND1 ecDNA during chemotherapy. We will learn a lot from WGS of clinical samples re interactions btw treatment and cancer genomes. Congrats to the authors!
1/We are delighted to announce that our work “Lung-resident alveolar macrophages regulate the timing of breast cancer metastasis” has been published @CellCellPress.
