Another trick is that these reticulum cell do not present in tumor-associated lymphoid proliferation, making it a tool to differentiate the true lymph node metastasis. Here is the reference:

Most cases occurs in the 2nd trimester. Intrauterine fetal demise after GA 8 with retention and mechanical compression for over 10 weeks would make it mummified, resembling a parchment paper.

2nd case: one MPMN in the lepidic pattern of AIS, adjacent to the interlobular septum
(other findings: another MPMN at the left lower corner and apical cap at right lower corner)

SSTR2a IHC for interest came out today in the 1st case.
