Never buy anything from @Dell. If there is a hardware issue their support will keep you waiting for more than 1.5 month. Even when they claim the problem is solved, it is not. The process in the screenshot has been repeated like 4 or 5 times with no success.

@DellCares I have gone through all possible support options using your WhatsApp channel and Facebook as well since late Jan. I have even lodged two complaints with government agencies. So it is just sharing my experience as a customer after exhausting all options you can imagine.
