Day 2: of building my content platform.

Spent hours thinking about how to completely stop people from abusing the AI features.

Then I realized: you probably can’t. AI is probabilistic. There will always be edge cases.

The goal is to add enough guardrails that abuse becomes harder, detectable, and limited in impact.

Rate limits. Input checks. Moderation. Output validation. Monitoring.

Sometimes engineering isn’t about eliminating risk. It’s about controlling it.

I’d quietly imagined hundreds of people using it.

Looking back, I think we launched too late. People were already celebrating Ganpati.

I should’ve shared it earlier and given people a reason to look forward to it while we were still building.

My first launch got 90 visitors. That number made something I was proud of feel small.

I’m still proud of what we made. I just wish I’d put as much thought into reaching people as I did into building for them.
