今天部门来了个新人，这个哈工大的硕士研究生，牛逼哄哄的，但是实际工作水平不如我手下的大专生，工资水平当然也不一样了。这个刚进来的刚毕业，工资就比大专生干好几年的工资还高。感觉这个就是研究生现状，光有学习能力，但是没有工作能力。文凭有的时候真的不代表工作能力，或者说不能代表适合我们公司的能力。我们能不能把它用起来，这是一个很大的问题。
现在搞 AI 也一样啊。学这个学那个，看这个看那个，但是如果我们不能实际做出点什么，就等于垃圾。
