@peterutekal_ @dylankbuckley @Cloudflare PM for Zaraz here. like I wrote in the email, this doesn't work because you're using Custom HTML with the HTTP API. You're server is sending requests, but Zaraz obvs can't inject the HTML into your server. See https://t.co/47WwYOu0Y0 Server-side tools should work perfectly though

Managed Components are about opening up the ability to write new integrations, so vendors can provide a well packaged cross-platform server side implementation of tools.

@Joel_Hughes Hey Joel! sorry it took so long, I'm getting used to Twitter after many years away. You were right - we've already added what we call "Behavioral triggers" and we definitely plan on adding more. I highly recommend using Zaraz for that whenever possible since it's more performant
