From Article 5, Section 1:
"Every citizen of the United States who has attained the age of eighteen years and who resides in the voting area in which he or she seeks to vote shall be deemed a qualified elector."
Just like Prego, it's in there.
@MattCalcara Yeah, that's often a criticism. Realistically, the crimes are rare instances of public urination along the edge of the trail or littering with dropped Clif Bar wrappers.
Beyond that, no one is interested in criming on your farmland, yokels.
@LeviABx Can't disagree, but the bulbs were a gift. It's a little like your in-laws giving you a shirt for Christmas. Ya kinda gotta wear it at least once.

12,000 daffodils are now blooming along the Oak Valley Trail/Little Mill Creek Trail, from 87th Street Pkwy. to 79th Street. A resident donated the bulbs to Lenexa Parks & Rec last year to be planted in the spring.

Ten people shot at a fucking celebratory Super Bowl parade in Kansas City, including children. This uniquely American hell was created by every lawmaker who supports lax gun laws.
@TimMurtaugh Yes! Brighter headlights and auto high beams may be contributing, but many (most?) are older cars with neither.
I fear it indicates a lack of empathy or increasing feelings of "I'll do what's best for me. Never mind you."
Same voucher scheme being pushed in Kansas. Public schools are part of the bedrock of our communities. We need to work together to support and improve our public schools #ksleg#ksed
@cityoflenexa - What's your thinking with this mini pedestrian stop sign? Any legal basis?
If I don't stop, then I get hit in the crosswalk, I'm still not at fault, right?
How about signs reminding drivers the law says pedestrians in the crosswalk *always* have the right of way?
