@greateranglia This is still on going. The website for delay repay does not recognise my train and whilst it has worked for other claims feels like it is a ploy to avoid paying out!

@greateranglia I am trying to submit delay repay claims for this weeks strike- but the website is not seeking compatible with the mobile - when this happened last time, the 28 day time limit passed and I couldn’t submit. Please have tech team investigate
