National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea, (NICE), held its 21st Ordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Hotel Asmara Palace today.

Agenda of the meeting included Management's Report on the Activities of the Corporation; Report of the Board of Directors; Report of the 2024 Accounts and Appropriation of Profits; Appointment of External Editors; and Appointment and Election of the Board of Directors among other items.

NICE's revenues in 2024 amounted to 324 million Nakfa with total profits of 92.4 mNKF. In accordance with standard Corporate practice, the Board of Directors recommended the bulk of the profits (over 84 mNKF ) to be paid as dividends.
