I ordered OPPO RENO 8 5G on 24/11/22 from Amazon
It gets delivered on 25/11/22
I received a surf excel bar in the OPPO's box
I immediately raised a complaint on amazon customer care
They asked me to wait for 5days and call back again on 30/11/22 as they need this min. time

When I called back the agent from the specialist team told me that they cant initiate any refund or replacement towards my loss of 26950/-
I even wrote an email to [email protected]
But there is no response from the AMAZON end till now.
