#edtc300 Book time! Check out "Skin Folk" by Nalo Hopkinson: it's a collection of short stories depicting brown-skinned leads under a diverse set of circumstances. It also uses a mix of East-african and Caribbean folk-lore to create a new kind of African-diasporic fantasy genre.
