@GraceALore .tourism is crucial for Victoria. And guess what? Where will the tourists stay after May 1. Have you done any research to see what hotels are charging after May 1.? Compare the prices also to last years prices and you will be horrified. I bet there will be a substantial drop in tourism this summer because of the inflated prices and shortage of accommodation. Also tourists don’t want to share accommodation with owners of houses. They want their space. And to rob 330 units because of a housing shortage is ludicrous. It’s not a housing shortage it’s an affordability shortage
And what will happen to businesses that rely on tourism?
