The community of Nkandla almost confronted Ngizwe Mchunu when he was announcing the complaints written by the community. There was also a tall man who started raising concerns when Macingwane said that the Nkandla municipality mayor is accused of being involved in court matters and demolishing buildings belonging to the people of Nkandla.

The EFF must take the provision that enables this for review in court and get it changed. There are many reasons for the need to change this... simply hammering it through parliament does not really seem to yield meaningful results..

EFF Member of Parliament, Hon. @SihleLonzi, stated that when a student has successfully completed their studies but is unable to graduate because of outstanding debt, it is the fault of the Department of Higher Education and Training, NSFAS, universities, and Parliament for failing to provide a lasting solution to the problem.

When a student is a beneficiary of NSFAS, it is a clear indication that they do not have the financial means to settle the debt themselves.

The blocking might be even be unconstitutional and administratively unfair, it is not addressing the issue rather withholding the degrees and blocking the possibility to even generate the needed funds to settle the debt... Lawyers must assist EFF!
