people of pi, how do you handle performance degradation? not output wise, but inside harness itself: startup time, resource usage, general “snappiness” etc
i always try out new ext and since most of them is slop, devs don’t really care about efficiency. how do you deal with it?
the only thing that works for me is startup profiling, i have a tiny script that gets all installed extensions, starts pi only with this ext enabled and compares with pi --no-extension baseline one by one. but it does give me any devex insights
anthropic won't let you use fable for biology, chemistry, ai research, or anything that accelerates human progress. that makes it the perfect tool for developing blockchains
@newmichwill@yieldbasis thanks
at 19% trd have you noticed any cascading feedback? panic withdrawals widening trd further or extreme pool imbalance which made levamm rebalancing more expensive and hurt fundamental pps? trying to wrap my head around the factors that affected the drop most
i really enjoyed how @rainbowdotme made their @Polymarket interface, however wtf is that silent hidden fee where they just withdraw users' funds?
7k extracted if i'm not mistaken

@jakelynch fair - but that’s still a form of selection bias: you included coins that had a tge + airdrop + available data
many failures never even hit that bar.
also, linear r still struggles with interaction effects - that part is mechanical
