Tucker Carlson pressed Kevin O’Leary on why data centers get massive tax breaks and incentive packages from states.

O’Leary didn’t dodge it. He basically said this is just how America has worked for 200 years: companies shop for the best handouts and states compete to give them away.

Tucker then hit him with the numbers. One of these data centers will use roughly as much electricity as New York City… but only create about 2,000 jobs, while New York City supports nearly 5 million. O’Leary pushed back that the AI productivity will eventually create millions of high paying jobs nationwide.

The exchange is circulating again because it felt like the polished businessman finally said the quiet part: the system is designed this way on purpose.

Was Tucker just doing his job… or did he force a rare moment of honesty about how these deals actually work?

La luz esta fallando multiple veces. Es injusto que corten la luz causando que los aparatos electrónicos se puedan quemar. O que la refrigeradora se descongele y luego use energía para congelar todo. Ya fallo 7 veces parece 🎄@SIGETSV @AESElSalvador @nayibbukele #elsalvador
