@frankflynn_55 Ruminating over losses is the worse part of gambling for me.
I torture myself for hours after lost bets, blaming myself for not choosing the winner.
It's hugely destructive, confirming that I'm just not lucky 99% of the time, which brings on low moods 🤯😩.
