Luthansa are a disgrace - yesterday they allocated my deceased mother-in-laws paid for seat on LH2502 MUC-MAN to someone else. She died on Tuesday. We were conveying her ashes under the paid for seat they sold on - unbelievable but true 😢

At last @kevinhollinrake @SoEnergyUK @SmartDCC My Smart Meter in Pickering is working... It has taken 18 months since the meter was installed in January 2022. Never give up with your supplier and metering service - they'll get them to work eventually!
