I have 2 router at 2 different locations
No connectivity on both
And you people have refused to take action. What kind of service are you rendering

This is outright negligence and shows how little IPNX values its customers. Enough of the excuses I need the internet to be fixed.

Vi at 9:55am to go to ikoyi (which is literally a 10mins ride ) this is literally 11am and he has not delivered.
Not only did he not deliver , he was make other deliveries on my ride and did not go to deliver my own package .
@FOBroadband has to be the most frustrating to work with when it comes to complaint resolving. Your customer care team and engineers are the worse .Have laid a complaint since Monday,Today is Friday still no solution atall and no adequate response from Your team. NOTHING!!!!!!!!

@UberNigeria why would u send me a mail to pay for a ride I never even took. Your driver came with a different car and a fully tinted car and zoomed off when I said I was not going to enter the car that was not on the app. And now you people want me to pay for it.
