Earlier this week, NYPD arrested Jazz Ajilo, a beloved subway musician. New Yorkers were outraged.
In response, Mayor Adams said the subway is out of control and he was elected to fix it. It’s “not the place for disorder.”

SCOTUS this week:
- Only states can regulate abortion
- States can’t regulate firearms
- The Environmental Protection Agency can’t protect the environment
- States have power over Indian Country
- Miranda rights aren’t *really* necessary
What an unmitigated disaster.
Texas is banning abortions after 5 or 6 weeks. Dozens of other anti abortion laws are being passed around the country.
This is what it took to legalize abortion in Argentina: a mass movement. This is what we need in the U.S. to fight back.
Free, legal abortion on demand.
Everyone switch on to Al Jazeera right now. This is one of the most horrifying things I’ve seen.
IOF is attacking mourners carrying Shireen’s body from the hospital right now. They’re using stun grenades and tear gas and charging at them with horses and batons.
