@PNCBank_Help @PNCBank with all the fraud happening. You would think Jacob from the fraud department would know how to handle a call better. Horrible service. Speaking to PNC customer service since 10 am. Got an answer by 2:30pm. Jacob was the worst out of all of them.

@PNCBank_Help @PNCBank Jacob asks for all your sensitive information and can’t tell you what is in your account. Then refers you to branch. Jacob needs more training and need to re assure PNC client that they are in safe hands. Worst experience ever. Lazy PNC worker.
