2022 Weiser Kunstler Riesling 'Steffensberg' Grand Cru (Mosel, GER). Very low alcohol & dry riesling. Nice minerality & notes of pear & lemon zest. Look for Trocken style rieslings for great value performers and to open your eyes to white wine beyond chard & Sauv Blanc

Valentin Leflaive, NV Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc (Champagne, FR). Offshoot from the famous Leflaive family in Puligny-Montrachet, this champagne could carry the name. Extra brut style with perfect bubbles & nice yeast

Chateau Guiraud Chateau Guiraud Sauternes 2009 (Bordeaux, FR). Man this stuff was good if you like complex sweet wine. This is a little brother to Chateau Yquem, but still still had so many beautiful honey, peach & orange peel flavors
