This is false advertising. GPT-4o ≠ o1. I may lose my job over this.

I requested a refund for ChatGPT Plus after OpenAI removed model o1 — which they advertised.
They ignored me, closed the support chat, and asked me to rate the answer I never received.
This is what “customer support” looks like at OpenAI.

Sent proof. Got ignored. Then my chat was closed by a bot and marked “resolved.”
This is how they treat paying customers.
