@davepl1968 Dude, they rolled a TV cart into the classroom, it was a big f’ing deal with the first teacher in space. Wait, aren’t you Canadian? I’d bet that has a bit to do with your filter of the event.
@GichuhoMungai@elonmusk I’m sure I generate more (tech company) than that average worker, why isn’t the other side of your story that I still have to pay for healthcare, as does my employer. Why is theirs subsidized and not mine?
@TMobileHelp Oh, that’s been done. Call service and get the same, tired, old “there are congestion issues in your area”. You’ve made me do what I didn’t want to, go back to Comcast. But your network is truly horrid now.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp I’ve had it, your network is horrid and all support can do is say “I’m sorry, there’s congestion”. You’ve made me do the one thing I said I wouldn’t do, go back to Comcast.
@Grubhub If I’m paying for a GrubHub+ membership, the faster (not “standard”) delivery time should be STANDARD. I should not have to select a $0 item for something I’m already paying to have access to.
I know why you do it. It’s bullshit. Make it the default for paying members.
@glowyaquarius To be fair, academic IT is the pits, I’m sure the email admin has to act under whatever policy they have regarding that. Spent 15 years in that type of environment, it does end sadly in some cases. But there’s an abundance of caution, and this.
@xgigglypuff Went to UC/Booth (GSB then), worked in IT there as well, worked with, and visited HBS many times. Absolutely lovely uni, frack them, you did it.
@notshenetworks You’d get 3 test prints, 2 adjustments, 4 failures and maybe 1 that works. Maybe. Meanwhile 37 Costco sized bags of oranges have been consumed. Small knife FTW any day.
