@jtsknight92@Nintendo_NWR My only complaint so far is that secondary characters’ voices feel miscast. Not poorly acted — miscast. I figure they’re going for “normal sounding” voices over cartoonish ones, but it just feels off.
@jtsknight92 But it makes sense. It’s a good fit. They build out their tech & home their level design skills, then they go ape—er—wildcat?—on a follow up if this remake does well. Including exploration/roaming à la open world.
@RetroMatt1229 There was, and for all I know still is, one of these in some random hotel I stayed at in Colorado Springs many years ago. A fun random find.
@scarletmoon_@Hiroki_Kikuta_E I met @Hiroki_Kikuta_E at a GDC Sony party that @kobunheat snuck me into. Super nice guy. He wanted to discuss God of War and, my being from @Nintendo_NWR at a SONY party, I was too shy (or maybe inebriated) to tell him I had not played it. And yes, his SoM soundtrack is great.
@br26 Nah it’s a mostly correct take, and it similarly breaks my heart. Wooly Workd is the only exception. I revisit YI every few years—it’s still good.
@alanlmatthews I watched it….. I dunno it was pretty but I felt it just didn’t hold together and was too unsurprising (in part thanks to marketing) for me to enjoy.
