YourTeamSpace is a workspace that adapts to you — notes, tasks, and an AI chat that can actually take actions (create notes/tasks, not just answer questions).
Still early (2 beta users!) and looking for a few more people willing to break things and tell me what's annoying.

@builtbyclaire Thanks! We’re currently working on making YourTeamSpace more useful for managing your day-to-day work, with a few bigger improvements coming next. Would love to connect and hear what you’re building too!
We just added weekly update emails to YourTeamSpace.
Every week, you’ll get a quick look at what we shipped, what we improved, and what we’re building next.
No spam. Just a simple way to stay in the loop.
We’re building in public, one week at a time.

@LeightonClyborn Honestly, a bit of both. It started as a forcing function for us to actually ship, but now it’s becoming a way for early users to see where we’re headed and give feedback. The accountability is a nice bonus.
@sba_ohi Fair point, will put a demo video on the roadmap. Calendar's the missing third piece right now, once that ships this becomes an easy 15s clip to show.
We just shipped Calendar in YourTeamSpace.
The goal is simple: stop making people jump between apps to figure out what they need to do.
Now your calendar, tasks, and notes can live together.
Still early. Still building.
Would love to hear what you think.

@moveToMoonlight I 100% agree. Asking people to migrate a calendar is a non-starter. It two-way syncs directly with Google. Native Google sync is what we want to add soon.

@akfullstack For sure! I'd love to connect. I'm building a small SaaS called YourTeamSpace and always happy to meet other builders and hear what they're working on. Would be great to chat!
We’re solving the repetitive work of keeping tasks, notes, and AI-generated actions in sync. The goal is to let users automate simple workflows—like turning a note or AI output into a task, setting reminders, and keeping their daily focus updated—without manually moving information between tools.

Yeah, this is actually a really good way to look at it. We’ve been thinking about the same thing with YourTeamSpace — not just adding more features, but making the flow from notes → tasks → AI → getting the work done feel natural.
That weekly ops update test is something we should definitely keep in mind as we build. Thanks for sharing this perspective.
I’m building YourTeamSpace — a simple workspace for notes, tasks, and AI.
We’ve built the product. Now I need something more valuable than more features:
real users.
I’m looking for 20 people willing to try it for a few days and tell me honestly:
What feels useful?
What feels confusing?
What would make you come back?
No sales pitch. No paid promotion.
Just looking for honest feedback while we build.
If you’re interested, reply “I’m in” and I’ll send you the link.
