Another point is that we ourselves created the opportunity for change and development in Bengal. So the irony is — is this really the outcome of that change?

If you want a 5 star restaurant, you can afford it just be ready to spend more.

Constitution = Supreme law of the land
No political party is above it
Even traffic rules (Sec 129 & 194D, MV Act) come from it
Yet, 2-wheeler rallies without helmets get a free pass when it’s political.

Many 2-wheeler riders are driving without helmets.
This violates Motor Vehicles Act 1988, Sec 129 & 194D.
Penalty = ₹1000 + 3 months license suspension.
