@luannjones09 We haven’t diluted yet. The O/S is still at 2.6B shares. It was necessary move by the BOD to increase the authorized shares to 4.5B shares something to do with S1 amendment that’s forthcoming to SEC. This may be the big changes that Tim was referring to in the forum.

$TSOI latest 8-K filing shows the amendment to increase the the authorized shares from 3.5 B shares to 4.5 B shares, an increase of 1 B shares. An amendment to S1 filing to SEC is forthcoming to explain the rationale for this move. Stay tuned!
