Bollywood can't make Srimad Ramayana for a straightforward reason: there are NO actors who are endowed with a face that exudes the Soumya Bhava. Every face reeks of Tamas. Sadly, South Indian film industry is headed the same way.

Some very intelligent people dissing #karma stoday - but before you join the frustration understanding it helps
1. Good karma begets good fruit - in this or subsequent janmas
2. Bad karma does the same - begets bad fruit in this or subsequent janmas
3. Good karma does not negate bad karma - the fruit have to be experienced separately
4. Bad karma can be reduced by prayachitta karma but most prayachitta karma are so tough to do that saying I'll do bad karma and the prayachitta usually doesn't worm
5. As mahasannidhanam once said you cannot enjoy the outcome of an ashwamedha and brahmahatti in the same janma - if you believe in karma you should also believe in janma
6. So don't worry about the evil not facing their due - when the fruit of their good karma exhausts the fruit of their bad karma will kick in - this janma or subsequent remember it's bahujanmanam...this janma is just one of a few thousand

So use your janma wisely - either to secure better janmas or better still seek the feet of a guru to help you break the karmic cycle

Anyways like the vedas and the smritis - the karma janma cycle is a foundation of the Vedic sanatana dharma - hard to pass of as a hindu without believing in them..

In the south today we commemorate the most accomplished woman ever.

She was so erudite learned and brave they had difficulty finding a suitor for her

She chose her husband - and decided to marry him despite the fact he was in penury banished and had a year to live

Through penance and fast she prepared for that day not once giving an inkling of what she knew

At the time of her husband's death her penance got her a vision of the god of death and she had a conversation with him. Her wisdom bravery steadfastness and chastity convinced him to change the laws of nature.

To this day she is the role model for the women in this nation - and every woman is brought upto aspire to be her

In our homes not just the women - even the deities wear a thread today to commemorate that one of their kind won over death himself.

She is Savitri and today is #karadayannombu . And for the dividers the north commemorates it to (another day) as vatavruksha vrata.

This is the same proposal that Russia gave to German Empire, France, Britain and Austria-Hungary in 1890s because the military modernisation was happening too fast for the comfort of Russian Empire. They wanted a moratorium on military modernisation by all first-rate military powers then (enlisted above) so that a global war may be avoided.

Needless to say - such proposals are always rejected and Russia actually showed her weakness for German empire to game their subsequent routing during WW1.

USA showing similar behaviour as Russian empire of 1890s. Within 20 years, Czar abdicated, Russia lost humiliatingly - first to Japan and then to Germany and then October Revolution and subsequent era of Stalin.

SANDHYAVANDANA - A TRUE INCIDENT OF REAL PRESENCE OF GAYATRI DEVI AND DIVINE BEINGS - Happened @VedaGhosham CLASS

Sandhyavandana is a real-live phenomenon of gaining spiritual blessings of divine beings. Here is what was told by one of our new students' father (Sri Hareeharan) in our first class @VedaGhosham

A few years back Sri Hareeharan happened to meet a person who was a Mystic, Meditation expert, Reiki Master and a Psychic reader. This gentleman is an Aura reader as well and after brief spiritual exchanges, asked if Sri Hareeharan does Sandhyavandana regularly. For which Sri Hareeharan replied in affirmative. Immediately the Aura master requested to see his Sandhyavandana procedure and Gayatri Japa (method of chanting Gayatri Mantra) in Sandhyavandana as prescribed in the Sandhyavandana Vidhi (procedure) as laid down by Dharma Shastras (Codes of conduct written by ancient Seers). So on one particular day, Sri Hareeharan invited the Aura Master to his house to show him a demonstration of the Sandhyavandana Vidhi as practiced in Dharma Shastras.

Finally on a particular day, the Aura master arrived at Sri Hareeharan’s house. Sri Hareeharan requested him to wait so that he can have a bath and come. The Aura master was eager to see his entire procedure of Sandhyavandanam. Sri Hareeharan stepped out of the bathroom and the Aura master saw that his body’s aura had changed colour dramatically before and after bath - he was now emitting a bright, radiant light after his bath. As soon as he sat down and applied Vibhooti (holy ash) over his body, the radiance/aura from his body quadrupled, as noted by the Aura master. Then Sri Hareeharan lighted the lamp in front of the God. This Aura master could see many dark entities in the room getting sucked into the fire of the lamp like a vortex. As soon as Sri Hareeharan lighted Dhoop, from some dark pockets of the room, the corners of the room especially, dark forces fled out of the window from their hiding.

While doing Sandhyavandana and chanting the mantra Apohista mayo bhuvaha and sprinkling water on oneself for self-purification, the Aura master could see, with each droplet of water falling on Sri Hareeharan’s head, thousands of diamond-like sparkles flying and bouncing from his head and enveloping him, multiplying his Aura manifold. The Vedas mention the 'Apohista mantra' as a high-level purificatory mantra. The Aura master was actually witnessing it all happening.

Then comes the most interesting part of Gayatri Aavaahanam (invocation of Gayatri in our heart). By saying “Gayatri Aavaahayaami” before the Gayatri Japa, we invoke Gayatri Devi to enter our heart, occupy the centre of the heart, sit there & accept our Japa (chant). As soon as Sri Hareeharan chanted this Aavaahana mantra & invoked Gayatri Devi, the Aura master saw a huge ball of light entering from the window and hitting Sri Hareeharan’s chest with intense force. For two minutes, the Aura Master was blinded by the radiance in the room and he could see nothing but incandescent bright light all over the room. Slowly he saw the outline of Sri Hareeharan’s body and slowly when he started concentrating on the brightest part of his body, the chest, he could clearly see in the centre of his chest Sri Gayatri Devi sitting on a Lotus with 5 faces, 10 hands & with all her weapons. He could also see the room filled with brilliantly shining divine beings hearing and rejoicing the prayers offered by Sri Hareeharan & staying during the entire procedure of Sandhyavandana till the Upasthaana (when we ask Gayatri Devi to return to her abode). He narrated this full experience to Hareeharan & mentioned that he is blessed indeed to witness a real Sandhyavandana procedure which is extolled in Vedas. Shastras mentioned thousands of years ago that Gayatri Devi truly comes & resides in our hearts during the Gayatri japa, if proper procedure is followed - Contd. (1/2)
