Tools engineers are often neglected in game dev projects and workflows are cumbersome for artists and level designers. Tools like this should be the goal for big engines too (and HypeHype).

I downloaded the latest QuarkXPress to open/convert a document from 2001. A few days later someone called to see if I’m interested in the software. When I said no he seemed a bit sad and hung up on me. Quark used to be my weapon of choice for publishing. Somehow I felt sad :(
