Yes. I agree. Plus enact an immediate curfew until the army has done its job and Dahiyeh is declared free from arms and munitions. Approach Israel immediately using the mechanism and the good offices of the US ambassador and ask for a two day reprieve to enter the area and confiscate all weapons. The Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) have a historic opportunity to reclaim Dahieh and assert the state's sole authority. This is no longer a choice; it is a national necessity to prevent total destruction.

The military must move in immediately to establish full control. This means a systematic, building-by-building sweep to confiscate all illegal weaponry. Any fighters who attempt to obstruct the state’s mandate must be arrested and held accountable under de-facto martial law until order is restored.

We are at a crossroads. Either the LAF acts decisively to secure the area, or we stand by and watch Dahieh be leveled, leaving thousands of families homeless and broken. The state must choose to lead now, or the cost of this tragedy will be far more than we can bear. #Lebanon #LAF

@SarojJha001 Hospitals in Lebanon are as well taking advantages of the possible 7th dose in the vaccine vial when using the very low dead end space syringes in order to give it to persons outside the scheduled list on IMPACT platform and who do not fit in the priority list.

المطلوب إبقاء اللقاح في الوضع المجمد على درجة ٧٠ تحت الصفر و حفظه باستعمال الثلج الجاف dry ice طيلة فترة النقل لتجنب تأثير الاهتزاز و يمكن تذويبه في المركز النهائي الى درجة ٢ الى ٨ حيث يمكن الإبقاء علية مدة خمسة أيام في براد عادي.

اذا صح ما يخطط له ان اللقاح سوف ينتقل من المركز التخزين الأساسي في مستشفى رفيق الحريري الجامعي الى المراكز المعتمدة بعد سحبه لدرجة ٢ الى ٨ و نقلها بعربات متخصصة مزودة بأجهزة مراقبة للحرارة،هناك خطر ان تأثير الخضخضة في المركبة قد يتلف مفعول اللقاح

للاسف صار انشاء جمعية أهلية استثمار مالي مهم لمؤلفي الجمعية و الخوف ان يتم استبدال ميليشيات الأحزاب بميليشيات الجمعيات "الخيرية".
اكيد لا يجوز التعميم لأن هناك جمعيات كثر تشتغل بصمت و بفعالية و لكن الخوف الصالح يروح بعزى الطالح.

هناك عدد من التساؤلات حول ممارسة عدد غير قليل من الجمعيات الأهلية في معالجة الأوضاع الاقتصادية و خصوصا بعد انفجار بيروت و للاسف ليس هناك جهاز رسمي ذو مصداقية لمراقبة أعمالهم و التأكد من الأموال التي يجنوها من "الشحادة" تصرف بطريقة مهنية و تصل للأشخاص المحتاجين.

@CAROLE_SAMAHA For example flu vaccine which was thought to be effective on A(H1N1) strain but it turned out to be max 37 % effective as per CDC guidelines. At that time , being a physician , I was asked "forced" to take that vaccine.
