No country can have completely foolproof security at its border, the US and Mexican border is a prime example, there border is not only sealed with a fence but also has a wall, the DEA deployed along the border has a budget more than double that of Armed Forces of Pakistan, US has superior technology and still they are unable to stop smuggling. Moreover, border control is a mutual responsibility of countries on both sides of a border, it will not be possible to completely stop illegal entry or smuggling unless the countries on both sides work together and play an equal role in preventing illegal crossings of their respective international border
