Claude Code に「mod」が入った

設定ファイルの hooks はシェルコマンドを外��ら実行する仕組み。一方 mod は Claude Code の中で TypeScript の関数として動く

・ペインやプロンプト上の帯を自分で描ける
・ツール呼び出しを止める・書き換えられる
・/diff も中身は mod
