Munetaka Murakami on how he deals with high pressure situations like the postseason:
"I think it’s important to just be honest with yourself about how you’re feeling in that moment. If you’re nervous, I don’t think you need to force yourself to not be nervous. And if you’re feeling the pressure, you don’t need to convince yourself that you’re not. What’s most important is to recognize and sort through those feelings, even while you’re out there on the field, and still be able to compete calmly. More than anything, I think it’s about trusting the preparation you’ve put in and everything you’ve experienced and fought through over the past year, and just continuing to do that without changing anything. That’s what I think is most important.”
