How do you explain a non delivery of an express packet given in Delhi on 12th Nov 2025 afternoon for destination Bengaluru till date 17th Nov 25, 21:30 hours.
Very bad experience.

( See screenshot) In the next steps on Airtel Thanks App when doing payment, it asks for Rs 579 instead of Rs 479.

Train 12058 running 1:15 hour late and still standing somewhere on the track as of 13:03 . Not moving at all.
Schedule arrival at NDLS is 11:45 am.
Not acceptable. Inefficient.
Waste of passenger time and Railways money.
