@bankofbaroda My concern is not addressed. Who addressed ?? How he addressed?? What resolution you had provided ?? Even for cancelled transaction also there is active EMI showing. Check thoroughly before replying to customers. Don’t work blindly

@bankofbaroda I had been done cheating with the statement by adding additional charges for cancelled transactions also. No one is responding from customer care. Need urgent revert on this.

@bankofbaroda Instead of asking me to reopen you may ask your team member how he has closed the complaint without resolving. What he think of himself and why are you asking me to reopen. It means you will close as per your wish and we need to get that reopen ??

Still now no one responded on my query. Hope BOB does not care about customer queries and complaints. So there will be no need to make the payment until the query is resolved right ?
