@FitFounder strange how the *medical pros" dish strange advice. i've had sharp pain in my knees from running. every medical advice was either topical (ice!?) or drastic (knee replacement!). turns out i just needed to strengthen my glutes. i do a subset of your routine and the pain is gone 😃

T-3 weeks to migration go-live of my residence. new platform isn't fully operational yet but i'll get evicted from current host otherwise. need to work on that shabby runbook, since rollback is not an option.

@tzyinc @cheeaun @kaihendry apparently eneloop and ikea rechargeable batts share the same OEM, so you can save some $ on that. but yeah, rechargeables lose max cap over cycles so you can't reliably tell % from voltage, which is why digital locks etc discourage you from using them. i don't care though 🌳🌴🌏
