@urbancompany_UC Absolutely DISGUSTED with the service and false advertising. Went for intense bathroom cleaning and rude cleaner shows up without any of the advertised equipment in videos for floor cleaning. Customer service says sorry book another service and tries to upsell!

@LouisVuitton been trying to get a return sorted for 5 days but the KOP branch hasn’t responded once. Absolutely appalled with the after sales service. Client services can’t help if you buy in store. Client advisor wont pick up. Can’t call the store directly.
