[袖ケ浦ふれあいどうぶつ縁 @sode_fure]

縁長です。
ふれあいどうぶつ縁を始めて間も無く６年になります。
その間嬉しい事も悲しい事も沢山ありました。
時には悲しみの余りやめてしまいたい事も有りました。
でも子どもの様に育てて来た動物達は僕の家族なので精一杯頑張って育てて来ました。
今回の災害は想定を遥かに上回り甚大な被害に見舞われてしまいました。
被害を受けた多くの方々がいらっしゃる事は重々承知しておりますが、大きな動物から小さな動物まで300以上の家族のために、安全な環境、今までと変わらない食事、家族に会いに来てくださるお客様の安全を、迅速な復旧を目指し、来週の水曜日(３０日)から復旧支援募金の口座を開設させて頂きたいと思います。
クラファンなども考えましたが、スピード感、無駄な手数料を排除したく今回は口座開設とさせて頂きました。
１日も速い開縁を目指して復旧作業に取り組みたいと思います。
皆様からの温かいご支援を頂ければと存じます。

マリーちゃんは災害の影響も有るのかもしれませんが予定より少し速く赤ちゃんを生んでくれました。
通常より多少小さいですが、この様な状況で生まれて来てくれた赤ちゃんを精一杯マリーちゃんをサポートして元気に育てて行きます。

To the Leaders of China: THE WORLD IS WATCHING

I am writing this letter from another country, another culture, and another corner of the world. We have never met. You do not know my name.

But there is a dog named Wang Wang whose name I hope you will remember.

For many people, Wang Wang was just a stray dog. For me, and for countless others around the world, she became something more. She became a symbol of innocence, motherhood, and a symbol of every voiceless animal that depends entirely on human mercy to survive.

Wang Wang was not a criminal. She was not dangerous. She was not a threat to society. She was a mother who wanted what every mother wants - to keep her babies safe.

Yet her story ended in unimaginable cruelty. The details of what happened to her are painful to read and even harder to understand. Across the world, people cried for a dog they had never met because they could not comprehend how such suffering could be inflicted upon a defenseless animal.

Many of us are still grieving. Not only because Wang Wang died. But because of how much she suffered before she died. That is the part that stays with us. The pain, fear, helplessness, the knowledge that she could not speak for herself.

Animals cannot file reports. They cannot testify in court. They cannot explain their suffering. They depend entirely on human beings to be their voice.

That is why I am writing this letter. Not in anger but in hope that Wang Wang’s story will not simply become another headline that disappears with time.

I hope it becomes a turning point. I hope it inspires stronger protections for animals, enforcement of existing laws, and consequences severe enough to deter acts of cruelty.

Because laws matter only when they are enforced. Compassion matters only when it is practiced. And justice matters only when it reaches those who cannot ask for it themselves.

Around the world, millions of people watched Wang Wang’s story unfold. They saw a mother suffer. They saw three innocent puppies lose their lives. They saw a tragedy that could have been prevented.

What happens next will send a message far beyond China’s borders.

It will tell the world whether animal cruelty is treated as a serious offense or as something that can be overlooked. It will tell future abusers whether society condemns such acts or tolerates them.

Most importantly, it will tell every person who mourned Wang Wang whether her life mattered. I believe it did. Every life matters, no matter how small, vulnerable, or voiceless.

And I believe that a nation’s strength is measured not only by its economy, its technology, or its influence, but also by how it treats those with no power at all.

Wang Wang and her puppies can no longer speak. The countless animals who continue to suffer in silence cannot speak. So we speak for them. Not because they belonged to us. But because compassion does not stop at borders. Because suffering does not require translation. Because kindness is a language understood by every living being.

I ask only this:

Please do not let Wang Wang be forgotten.

Let her story be remembered not as a symbol of cruelty, but as the reason change became impossible to ignore. Let her legacy be a future where animals are protected, where abusers are held accountable, and where no other dog has to endure what she endured.

The world is watching. More importantly, the world is hoping. Hoping that from one heartbreaking story, something better can emerge.

For Wang Wang. For her puppies. And for every voiceless animal still waiting for mercy.
