Yesterday I spoke on the flagrant human rights abuses of the Chinese Communist Party which are more poignant now as the regime cracks down on Hong Kong. Acquiesence & naive words from the Trudeau govt towards the CCP are woefully inadequate. We will not give up this fight.
The Chinese communist government needs to think carefully about any actions it takes at the National People's Congress that infringe on Hong Kong’s autonomy. If the #CCP moves forward, the United States should rescind its special trading status.
Pleased to have added my name to this letter condemning the new security law China is imposing on Hong Kong

You can’t trust the Chinese Communist Party—ever—and those thugs are trying to take over Hong Kong.
World leaders who believe in the sovereignty of their countries need to take courage and stand up to the Chinese Communist regime.
Beijing now moving to bully Britain - while crushing Hong Kong and also bullying our friends in Australia, Sweden, Denmark, India, Canada... you name it. Together, we have got to stand up to them.
Sen. Hawley introduced a bipartisan resolution condemning China's proposed "national security law," and calling on all free nations to stand firm against the Chinese Communist Party’s campaign to destroy Hongkongers’ basic liberties and human rights. https://t.co/GLvyDjfY8y
As a companion to Sen. Hawley's bipartisan Senate resolution, @chairmang and 16 of his colleagues have introduced a resolution in the House to condemn the Chinese Communist Party's proposed national security law in Hong Kong. https://t.co/r50orqNDkC
If #China’s rubber stamp legislature moves forward on Thursday with blowing up “One Country,Two Systems” in #HongKong @StateDept will have no option but to certify that HK is no longer autonomous & sanctions should follow https://t.co/tNf18U1y2s
Violent suppression of protests in #HongKong this weekend highlights discontent over Beijing’s efforts to subvert democracy & the ‘one country, two systems’ principle. The US must stand firmly w/the people - @POTUS must implement the #HongKongHumanRightsandDemocracyAct.
America stands for freedom. America must #StandWithHongKong
The Chinese Communist Party is showing that it will stop at nothing to back out of its 1997 commitment to honor Hong Kong's laws and freedoms.
