@gearcaleeeb The manager Bot likely spends usage too: reading the repo, writing each brief, checking progress, on top of the cloud agents. Let it plan and write specs, launch them yourself, and skip any routine that polls status often, since every run spends usage.

@pwilsondtf For next week: in Settings, the Usage page shows your weekly usage and when it resets, so you can pace the remodel planning. Before paying more, check whether any routines run on a schedule. Each run spends usage, even while you're not chatting.

@NT7S_Jason Leader fix is a good call. Also: helpers work in their own 1:1 chats and post back short summaries, not full output, and a new group chat per milestone means the old thread isn't re-read. Your Bot's usage breakdown puts group chats in a catch-all row.

@RealBKWallace Your option of breaking the process down first is the one that keeps paying off. With the 10% left, have one bot write the backlog workflow as a step-by-step skill. After reset, run each item in its own short new chat that follows the skill, not one long, growing thread.
@markarobey Before moving to Ultra, see what's eating it: ask your Bot for usage by bot, routine and day. If routines are most of it, a calmer schedule (daily or weekdays, not hourly) may cover that last day without the bigger plan.

@Ultrademic Before going local or upgrading, try pacing: ask your Bot which routines used the most, move hourly ones to daily, pause unneeded ones.

@jade_defi Crowd tasks on a tight schedule would do it. To avoid re-tuning every few days: put them on fixed times or weekdays only, and have one bot post a short usage recap by bot and routine each Monday, so creep shows up early.
@mdrakestapleton Ask your Bot for usage by bot and routine. Move hourly checks to daily or weekdays, pause what you don't read yet.
