@LloydsBank Let me clarify - it’s not me made a duplicate payment it’syour system failed - I had tried but I got error message to say it didn’t go through and try again later. Lloyds bank failing to handle transaction is very concerning and unacceptable.

Hello I tried to send funds to my Lloyds credit card from my Lloyds current account and it said error message several times but in fact it actually sent duplicate amounts to my credit card and I need refund back to my debit card. Been waiting to speak 45min .
