So I did a bunch of pixel art for the Balatro mod Cardsauce organized by Gote & @Kekulism ! Mainly focused on the @redlettermedia refs, some jokers and a bunch of VHS cover redraws. Gave me a valid reason to rewatch the related eps for the 100th time. Hope Vinny likes these!

@Roy1sTheB0Y Textures and proper use of free transform adds a lot, as long as you know how to use them. The boat cabin looks impressive because of the texture of the charms, they imply surfaces way better than simple lines because they look chaotic yet orderly follows the surfaces.

@Roy1sTheB0Y Kind of a trick. Take the town as an example: I drew the floor layout as you would see them from above, then free transformed it into perspective as the ground. I then draw the walls and structures using references. Lastly I find some B/W textures and apply to select surfaces.
