@ViCustomerCare I converted my Postpaid no. to Prepaid. It worked for a couple of days then stopped working. Now, the Vi store is asking me ₹10000 to register the phone number in my name which I already own. Fraud behaviour from Vi.

I paid with my HDFC credit card for my order and put promo code HDFC5 at checkout to avail extra 5% but un fortunately I was charged with full amount of 999/- without deducting the 5% offer.
